Another busy day in London! Students started out the day with their choice of specialized university – Imperial (STEM), London School of Economics (social sciences), or University of the Arts London. Before moving on to a Christmas market on the Thames, students had a traditional English Sunday roast. Students finished off the afternoon exploring the Tate Modern. Students are coping well with the jet lag, due to busy schedules that are keeping them moving! Tomorrow is our last day in London.
The group had a very LONG but pleasant day. Following our airport pick-up, we visited King’s College London, where we experienced an introduction to international relations and British-style debate. We then had a brief tour of the King’s campus, followed by lunch. We were joined by two fabulous Class of 2025 Alumni – Anya Grady and Viola Wong – who joined us for the UCL campus tour and to share their thoughts on the Post-16 experience at WIS and life at UCL. The day finished with a bus tour of London’s major sites and dinner at a restaurant in London’s Chinatown.
