1) Click/Tap on the activity you lead

2) Type in the password, then click/tap “Enter”. The password will be shared with you by the IT Dept. If you forget it, email helpdesk@wis.edu.hk

3) Click / Tap on “Login here to post your Announcements (Trip Leaders only).”

4) Click / Tap on “Sign in with Google“. But before doing this, make sure you are already logged in to your WISDOM and Gmail

5) a) Type in your announcement in the comment area
b) Click / Tap the “Choose files” to attach photos and videos
You can now attach as many photos as you want in just one post, as long as it does not exceed 256 mb in total size
c) Lastly, click/tap “Post Announcement” once done

To Modify your Announcement
1) Click / Tap “Edit”

2) Modify your announcement,
a) then click/tap “Update” to save.
b) click/tap “Move to Trash” to delete your announcement
You can replace and delete the attachment, but you can not add more
Do not change the date and time, as this will alter the sequence of your announcements.
